MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES and SUBJECT

This Agreement, YAMMUR TOURISM AND PROMOTION TRADE LTD. (“Bolger Marine”) with www.bolgermarine.com This Agreement has been concluded between the user who is a member of the website (“Member”) in order to determine the terms of use of the comprehensive marine, sailing equipment and accessories sales platform offered by the website.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

2.1. The Member declares that the information provided while becoming a member of the Website is complete and up-to-date.

2.2. Bolger Marine aims to provide the most accurate technical details and images of marine products (e.g. rig carrying capacities, sailcloth thicknesses, textile color tones, etc.). However, our company accepts no responsibility for minimal differences due to studio lighting, screen calibrations or manufacturer updates. The user agrees to observe the technical data sheets when installing and using vital marine equipment.

2.3. The installation and correct use of the professional marine equipment sold on the Site is the sole responsibility of the Member. Bolger Marine cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from incorrect installation or misuse.

2.4. The Member is obliged to protect his/her account and password securely.

3. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT AND COMPETENT COURT

The Member may cancel his/her membership at any time through the “My Account” panel. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes that may arise from this agreement.
