DELIVERY PROCESSES

• Standard Products: Your orders for sailing accessories, standard fender covers and hardware we have in stock [1-3] It is delivered to contracted cargo companies within business days.

• Special Production and Bulky Products: Production and shipping time of equipment prepared in special sizes for your boat, specially printed products or heavy marine materials (sail mast equipment, large diameter ropes, etc.) with volumes exceeding the standard cargo threshold [7-14] working days. The logistics process can be provided through transportation warehouses.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS

Your standard products that have not been used, have not been compromised in terms of resalability, and whose packaging has not been damaged 14 days you can return it within this period. Here are our special conditions according to product categories:

• Marin Textile and Clothing: Products must be unlabeled, unwashed and unused.

• Boat Equipment and Accessories: The product must be unassembled, unscratched and complete (screws, apparatus, etc.) in the original box.

• Rope, Chain and Cuttable Materials: Products prepared by cutting in special quantities based on your order cannot be refunded.

• Special Production/Printed Products: The right of withdrawal is not valid for products specially prepared for you or your boat (printed fender cover, name-specific clothing, etc.). However, defective / faulty products caused by us will be replaced immediately.
