ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement; The BUYER belongs to the SELLER www.bolgermarine.com is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of sailing equipment, marine textile products, fender covers, boat equipment and accessories ordered electronically from the website.

ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1. The BUYER confirms that he / she has read and informed about the basic qualities of the product subject to the contract on the website, the sales price including all taxes, the payment method and the preliminary information regarding delivery.

3.2. Each product subject to the contract is delivered depending on the distance of the BUYER's settlement and the logistics volume of the product (standard cargo or heavy / bulky shipping), provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

3.3. The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract intact, complete and complete with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

4.1. The BUYER agrees that the standard products (stocked marine accessories, equipment, standard size clothing products, etc.) will be delivered as of the delivery date. 14 (fourteen) days has the right of withdrawal without any justification. Return notification must be made to info@bolgermarine.com.

4.2. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

a) Personalized Products: Sails specially produced in line with the BUYER's requests, sails sewn according to the dimensions of the boat, fender covers and marine textile products specially printed / embroidered with the name of the boat.

b) Products sold by cutting: Consumables such as ropes, chains, cables, sail cloths, hoses, etc. prepared by cutting from balls or reels in the quantity requested by the BUYER.

c) Hygiene Products: Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene such as swimsuits, wetsuits, underwear whose packaging, band or protective tape has been opened after delivery.

d) Electronics and Software: Unpackaged marine electronic devices, chart cards and software.

ARTICLE 5 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized until the value announced by the Ministry of Trade.
